child supportis enforceable. You can file a Motion for Contempt.
As for the missed time, I do not believe you can force him to use his parentingtime or get counseling.
I have a time sharing plan and have been awarded child supportthrough our divorce. The father is not paying child support, and he is not sticking to the time share plan. He will miss his visit but call out the blue demanding to see our son. I have allowed this to go on so our son can see his father. My question is for the state of Florida, Hillsborough County what legal rights do I have or should I file when it comes to the other party not abiding my the time share plan also not paying child support. I would like for the father to go to family counseling to help him see that our son needs structure. It was required for our divorce but he never did it. It was overlooked by the courts. Thank you.
