Me and my soon to be ex went to meadeation which did'nt go very well. he wants 50/50 30days at a time. meaning he has her 30 days and i have her 30 days, He is not working to aviod child support, he only see his daughter every other week end. he has already been in front of the judge on a motion to compell for his finicial information, he has not competed his parenting class yet. any Idea what his chances are? Also when ever i drop her off
she latches her self on to me and starts pitching a fit. but if I drop her off with any one else she is fine. Should I be concerned? Also this past weekend when I dropped her off at 9 am he had the heavy odor of achol on his breath.I asked him if he went out last night and he said yes. Do I have to drop he off if i feel he is intoxicated and poses a risk to my daughter.

Out of caution, you should not drop her off when you clearly detect alcohol. But on a practical note, you must be ready to prove it. Have a friend with you that can confirm your suspicions.
