    Default A Big Problem????

I had to file a Motion of Contempt...when I had a phone conference with the judgeicon,he stated that I would have to set up a court date.my ex retired, stopped paying me alimonyicon on is own..Judge said technically ex owes me back alimony, but I needed to have a court date...What can I do if I think the judge is going to take my ex's side since he is ex law enforcement..I don't have lots of money, does anyone charge by the hour if most of the paperwork the judge has seen,I was given lfetime, permanent periodic alimony.I earned every dime, what can I do to make sure I get treated fairly.Where do I go to complain about a judge???I believe the judge should have ordered my ex to start paying me..Can I sue the ex in civil court since judge didn't order justice to be served for me? Thank ya

I doubt the judgeicon will show preference just because he is ex law enforcement. The judge was telling you to follow proper procedure - set a hearing. You will hurt yourself by fighting the judge.

    Set the hearing.
