    Default Financial Affidavit limitations?

    Served with Petition to Modify child supporticon in March 2011. Provided my current financial affidavit to court, DOR and ex-spouse as required. DOR sent ex-spouse's financial affidavit from 2009 with the summons. Just had hearing December 7 to modify child support by phone. judgeicon allowed ex-spouse financial affidavit from 2009 and calculated arrears from then to now as well as increasing child support based on 2009 financial information. Is this legal? Can I appeal before January 6, 2012?

    You can also file an Exception to the Report and Recommendation within 10 days of the report. This is a technical area of law and you are best off using an attorney.
