Default My daughter left the mother to live in a different state

I currently pay child supporticon to the mother (custodial parent) of my daughter who lives in Florida. My daughter left her mother on her own to live with her grandparents in Michigan. My daughter left the mother because of an unstable and potential dangerous environment. My daughter currently lives with the her grandparents and also during the following time frames: 03/2010 to 06/2011, and 11/2011 to present. Can my child support be modified so that the grandparents receive the support payments? What recourse do I have, if any?

Possibly - but this is a complex issue. I assume you do not want custody? If not, you need to file a "custody by an extended family member" case. That would result in a redirection of child supporticon.
