50/50 Time Share

What is the likelyhood of the court awarding 50/50 time share between parents if both can provide stable home enviornments, but one parent is against that time share (both parent's live within an hour of each other and the children's school).

The court will look at many different factors found in Chapter 61 of the Florida Statutes. The distance between the parents and the school, the parent's ability to take the child to school timely etc. will play into that factor. Ultimately it will depend on your judge.
