Retirement question.
I am in the middle of a divorce after 25+ yeras. My spouse has been in law enforcment for about 22 of those year in the State of Florida Retirment System. I also have been employed with the same company for 21 years , but my pension plan was frozen at 18 1/2 , plus it is based on normal retirement schedule, not "high risk". Suffice it to say , my spouses retirement is worth alot more than mine at our age (mid 40's). My spouse says I'm not entilted to half and is fighting to keep it. How likely is it that a judge
would rule in favor that I dont get half?
Thank you in advance for any input.

Retirement earned during the marriage is a "marital asset." Period.
