Mediation Alimony

If mediation is pursued without lawyers,

Can a divorcing couple agree to no alimony, even if incomes are widely different ?

Will a settlement agreement that does not include alimony be approved and
be entered as the final order ?

Or does a judge require some form of alimony to be paid for a ten year marriage ?

A judge will not interfere with an agreement on alimony. As long as everyone knows what they are doing, the judge will sign a final order on the agreement.
