    Default Preventing Child Abduction to a Country Observing the Haugue Convention Treaty

    I am the custodial parent of a 20 month infant whose mother is a Polish National. As a result of this, I believe her mother may be able to obtain a Polish passporticon for her. Does anyone know if there is a proceedure I can file with the Polish Consulate to block her getting a passporticon for her (an analogous program to the US Child passporticon Issuance Alert Program)?

    Have you called the Polish Consulate? Or an attorney in Poland?
