    Default Social Security Disability(total)

If a person is divorced and the ex is petitioning to get alimonyicon modified. I want to know if he is going to tell the judgeicon he is unable to work due to having back surgery (medically disabled),can I ask(at the court date) why he hasn't signed up for his SS total disability? Thank You

You can always question him on the stand as to whether he has applied for SSD or other assistance. If he is claiming to not have enough resources to pay the current alimonyicon then you can argue that he is voluntarily underemployed or not using the resources available to him.
