neighbors got a temporary restraining order against me.
Of course they lied and the judge
put in the 500 ft rule to stay away. Once I got served the cops told me to leave. I put in a motion to the judge and tried to let him know that we are neighbors and I had to move asking for it to be reduced to 50ft. He denied the motion and I have to wait 30 days for the hearing and no place to go. What can be done to get this heard sooner if the judge is denying my motion? Isnt this supposed to be heard within 2 weeks not set out for over a month with a temporary injunction?

You need to file an emergency motion. This is best done by an attorney.
