    Default alimony modification

My ex husband has taken me back to court he wants to not pay alimonyicon. I sent all the discovery that was requested. When he sent me his,he had real estate info that was taken care of per quit claims, etc.one was a property that was put in my moms name 12 years ago while we were married. What is the purpose of sending this back through the courts? The only thing that should be brought to the courts attention is the clause"modifiable alimony" I was awarded lifetime permanent periodic alimony.I just don't understand why this is in a alimony problem. Thanks

Just because an item was contained in discovery does not mean it will have any relevance during the case.
