    Default A question about visitation

At what age can a child say that he/she does not HAVE to visit with their parent at visitation? I had heard it was 13. Is this correct? I know that at 18 they don't have to at all. Just wondering about an earlier age.

    THANKS!

Never. A child may start to have some input at a certain age but they never completely decide.
