    Default Advice on Divorce

    My husband and I have filed separation paperwork through the military while we are overseas in Germany. I am waiting for command sponsored orders to allow my daughter and I to go back to the states. We got married in Sarasota, Florida. Both of us grew up there and I am moving back there. I would like to get a divorce using the separation paperwork. We have split up all assets, debts and have determined child supporticon. Is there any easy way to do this? We have been married since June 2002 and separated since December 2011.

    Yes, the agreement you end up with can be used in a divorce in Florida.
