    Default pro bono attorney

I am looking for an attorney that will take my case pro bono and have been for the last 2 years. I have went to legal aid but they will not represent me. I am now to where my divorce has been finalized however, things the judgeicon said where not put in the final judgement. Also other issues have came up since then and I need to file a motion to get time sharing changed based on the new things going on.
    Where do I begin?
Also can I file a motion to go in front of a general masteriate (sp) in stead of the same judge?

Yes, you can file a Motion for Referral to the General Magistrate. But you must have a proper modificationicon case filed first. Your best bet is to study up on procedures and file your own case.
