Need advice please

So Im 20 years old, I got married at 16, he was 29... I want a divorce, no kids or property together, Do i have a chance at an annulment, every lawyer i ah ve talked to wants to charge me 2000 dollars or more, he rufuses to sign the papers, granted i never sent him papers this is just what he has told me, ive thought about doing it myself but if he dosent sign i would thenm have to get a lawyer wouldnt i? Do you have any suggestions i dont have that kind of money and bhave no idea what he is holding over me except just his threats right now about me oweing money? again no property or credit cars or chidren together, it shouldnt be this hard to justg get a divorce right?

An annulment would be difficult. A divorce would be easier. Yes, it is a lot harder to get divorced than it is to get married.
