    Default child support obligation

    I am about to marry the non custodial parent of a minor living in Florida. He is currently a full time student and behind on his monthly child supporticon. Will I be held liable for his child support? He will get caught up when he files his taxes, but then he will get behind again because he has no income. Can I protect myself from this obligation? Thank you
