No filing before the hearing is needed. You would submit the IDO to the judgefor signature.
I am preparing for Final Hearing which will take place on Tuesday next week. I am interested in submitting an Income Deduction Order for child supportand Arrearage.
I understand that I have to supply my spouse with a copy of the IDO I will be submitting along with a copy of the letter I will be giving to the court. Do I need to file this with the Clerk of Courts prior to my hearing on Tuesday? Or can I submit it directly to the judgeat the hearing itself?
I had submitted an IDO question similar in nature last week (my apologies for the duplicate question) but did not see a response and so considered perhaps it didn't "take".
