Question Divorce and Credit card debt

When my ex and I divorced, we split the debts- all of which were in my name. He has been paying the one credit card he is required to pay, but keeps threatening me that he could not pay it at anytime, in which case I am responsible for it, since it is in my name only. Our divorce agreement states he is responsible for this card, but that won't make any difference if he chooses to stop paying it and stick me with the huge debt. The credit card co. won't change the name on the account, and he can't qualify for the amount anywhere else. I'm stuck with this situation as it is.
Can the court order his wages to be garnished for the amount of the monthly bill so I can be guaranteed it will be paid? Otherwise, my credit can be ruined at any point when he decides not to pay it anymore.

I do not believe that is a possibility. Unfortunately you are stuck in the situation.
