Hello and thank you for having this forum, my question is that i am going thru a paralegal and cuurently having my wife served whom by the way lives in another city in florida and has been for over 2 years apart from me, what are her chances of getting alimony ? we were married just over 9 years and to date she has 2 jobs,, i have recently suffered a stroke but i am now back to work earning less money can you help?
