    Default Sleeping arangements.

Hello: My ex has visitation every other weekend. He refuses to let me see where my daughter is sleeping. And i believe she is sharing a Room with him and his girlfriend. Is there anything I can do about this. Is there anything in Florida law that states at what age she should have her own room?

    Thak You

If you have a good faith belief, you can file a Motion for Enforcement and have a short hearing to determine the sleeping arrangements. It sounds inappropriate.
