Default Husband moved, with girlfriend, kids involved.

My husband moved out of state to be with his girlfriend. We are not divorced. I filed the petition, pd attorney, did parentingicon plan and course, he did nothing, except move out of state. Our case has since been dismissed. He only sees the children maybe every other month and is not paying the correct amt of support (and it changes according to whether or not he sees them in any given month). Not only is it less than what attorney calculated, but always late. He won't communicate with me, return my calls or emails, doesn't talk to children unless they call him, etc. My questions are, is he still under FL law and how do I enforce child supporticon payments. How do I even get a divorce now? Can I get court appointed help? What's going on here? Don't know what to do.

Your case is dismissed ??? I am not sure why that would happen other than the case being abandoned. You can still get a divorce. But have you tried putting in an application to the Dept of Revenue for child supporticon services?
