    Default Annulment after Divorce

    Hello again,

    My EX has contacted me about filing an annulment. Will this have any affect on the Marital Settlement agreement finalized in Sept 2012? Or is it more to be able to get re-married in a church?

    If you already went to final hearing, an annulment would be strictly for religious reasons. It will not affect a prior court order.
