    Default Have three teenagers and wife wants divorce.

    Hillsborough, Fl deputy sheriff broke up my 17 year marriage. He chased after my wife which was the manger at a apartment complex where he was hire to work after hours to handle issues. Is this against any civil or county laws?

    Default Broke up marriage

    This is not against any law in Florida. There were some very old laws such as "Alienation of Affection" which used to make this sort of behavior illegal. But the State of Florida eliminated these types of laws long ago.

    You may want to consider filing a complaint with the professional standards office of the sheriff's office. But I doubt they will get interested.
