i lived with my husband three years before we got mrried 3 months ago..i have been living in the us with a international student visa, so i have an sponsor in ths case my parent but really beside my tuition everything else was paid by my husband.. but i havent anything to prove t besides the fact that we had the same adrress for now 3 years and 3 month .. after we married he has been acting differently than he acted when we were living together but not married.. also he bought me a car but under his name solely b/c i dont have i social so i am not on the titles bt i am on the insurance a driver .. do i have any rights to keep the car or get alimony?? do i have any rights to ask for an annulment.???

In a 3 month marriage alimony would be difficult - if not impossible. If he signed an immigration document called an "Affidavit of Support" there are some theories that say he is responsible for your basic needs.

But these are complex issues and it would cost considerable legal fees to get any kind of support.
