    Default Adulterous Relationship

I've discovered that my wife has been having an adulterous relationship with a good friend for the last year and has been exposing my young son to his presence.

He is a bad influence and I do not wish my son to be around him. She continues to blatantly have encounters in hotel rooms and other places with him when he comes around. He travels quite a bit and they seem to be both obsessed with one another, refusing to give up their liaison.

Do I have any legal recourse to prevent him from disrupting our family life, such as an injunction or a restraining order? Appreciate any advice.

Sorry but Florida has pretty much eliminated any court actions that can be brought against a third party such as this.

But if you file for divorce you can ask the court to prohibit your spouse from involving the child in her outside relationship.
