    Default house in foreclosure

This question has nothing to do with divorce, but I'm hoping you can help me anyway.
We moved into a home that was for rent about 6 months ago. We just got served foreclosure paperwork for the house last week. We read the paperwork and it shows that the owners stop paying the mortgage the month we moved in (6 months ago). So what are we to do? we know we have a little time to find somewhere else to go, I just want to know if we should continue paying the realty company that we send our rent payments to or stop making the payments since the owner breached their lease/contract with us?

Sorry but there are possible-expensive consequences for both decisions. I would only discuss this in a private, paid consult. I would need to explain the full range of possible consequences for either decision.
