My husband has full visitation. (every other weekend, summer vac,one night a week etc.) But he has been living with a women and her children since leaving. The women has a history of drug abuse and spent time in rehab facilities. I am unable to ascertain if her time in rehab was court ordered. My daughter reports "weird" behavior in the home. Such as staying up all night. Driving around at all hours. Is there anything I can do about this? The women has attacked me twice during drop off for visitation and continually threatens to beat me up. I have now asked my ex to meet me in the street so I do not have to pull in to his driveway or get out of my vehicle. But I do not like leaving my child in this situation. Nor did I like my child seeing me attacked in the street and then having to leave her with this women for the weekend.
Any suggestions? If I obtain a restraining order will it have any impact on the visitation?

You may not have proper grounds for a restraining order.

But it sounds as if you may have reason to modify the visitation. The most important thing is to get lots and lots of proof of the things you speak of. That is frequently the most difficult part.
