    Default Income differential recalculation

I have rotating custody for my two children(week on/week off). Was divorced in 1998. At that time my ex was working part time and had an income of about 30k/year less than me. At the time of settling/finalizing the negotiations, the mediation lawyer used some software package and came up with an income differential payment to my ex of $175/month. My ex now works full time and probably makes as much as me or pretty close. I am guessing that I am only making 10-20 k more than her presently. I am assuming since our incomes are closer that I would be paying less or no more than the $175. I am ready to get a lawyer and spend some money to resolve this if she continues to bring it up.

I have been sued/served/whatever you call it by her in the past for more money. At that time I got a lawyer and was dealing with it. I had been deployed overseas and paid her what she initially asked for (Basically full child supporticon) without any lawyers or court orders. While I was overseas she kept asking for more money would not let me talk to my kids etc. In response to an information request from my lawyers, My ex decided not to produce the required recent W2's , bank statements, etc and that matter was dropped. I am fine with paying what is fair but not ok being threatened. What is my position and what should I do?

You can force the issue of disclosure of documents. If your lawyer requests it - a judgeicon will ultimately enforce it.

I would suggest someone run the potential numbers and come up with a new support figure - so you can decide if this is worth it. BTW: $175 sounds really low compared with some of the numbers we deal with.
