    Default Physical Custody

    If my kids were to live with my ex-wife will she automatically get physical custody or does she have to petition the court? If she persues physical custody would they grant it to her? If so, will the court impose child supporticon on me or will my ex and I be able to determine this on our own? Thanks.

    She must file a supplemental petition to change the legal status.

    Most judges will require child supporticon by the guidelines.

    There is not enough info here to guess at what the judgeicon will do.
