    Default Guardianship

    My brother is 19 and now living with me. He wants to go to school here in FL, but he would have to pay out-of-state fees since he hasn't been here a year. I need to do legal guardianship for him in order for him to go to school in the summer as a Florida resident. Does your company cover these cases? I have the consent of both of my parents so I believe that it will make it easier. Your help is greatly appreciated.

    There is no guardianship available for a 19 yo in Florida unless that person is incompetent.
