Question my divorce was filled in court and going to be x husband was served.. I want to buy property in FL but I do not want my going to be x-husband to take it from me... Can he? If the divorce was flied in court in FL... He is holding the paper work up and not signing because the house that I do live in he took out 200,000+ and left my house up side down.. I want to get out of my house the mortgage is in his name not mine...and I received forecloser papers yesterday not knowing he screw my house..
Question I want out..I been waiting for 2 months for him to sign so I can buy something..and he is holding it up..

Does he have a right to my new property that I buy...If my divorce is filled in the court? O..ps he wants me to take over the house and all the financial obligation of debt live here until are daughter turns 18. Hell NO! He is trapping me...
