Section 3 of the P dissolution of mrg w/dep

I am trying to fill out my divorce packet and I need some help. in sec 3 of the petition for dissolution of of marriage w/dep it says: child custody,parental responsibility and visitation. It asks for a primary residential parent. My options are: father, mother, undesignated, rotating. My x and I are sharing custody equally so there really isn't a primary residence. Is this considered rotating, or undesignated.
