Default Child Support , Salary vs. commission

    Hi,

I was given a child supporticon order 3 years ago. When the order was given my pay scale was much higher and based on a monthly salary.
My current job has no guaranteed monthly or weekly salary, it is a sales job paid by 100% commission. Sometimes, my monthly income is less than my child support order. Is there any chance the court will lower my child support?

Absolutely ! If you are employed full time, child supporticon will depend on your income and the other parent's income. It is alway modifiable and will go down if your income goes down. But none of this will happen on it's own. You need to file for modificationicon.
