I currently have temporarly relcocated to VA. My husband told me that if I did not agree to him not paying me alimonyicon that he would fight the relocation of the children. If for some reason a judgeicon sides with him and I have to go back. Can I live anywhere in the state? My husband is telling me that I have to live 45 miles or less from where he is residing now. Is that true?

Your ex is correct. If you did not get permission from the court, he can possibly force the children back.

You should speak to an attorney to estimate your relative risks and then make a decision based on your personal priorities. You will need a Florida Attorney.
