    Default One of my two girls turned 18

    I have paid child supporticon for 18 years on my 2 underage daughters. One has turned 18 two weeks ago will they automatically reduce my child support by 50% or will it require me go back to court and petittion for a reduction?

    Unfortunately you must go back to court - unless you have been paying the support directly to the other parent.

    In Florida even though a child has reached 18 they are not emancipated until they graduate from high school.
