I read the various fees involved with filing for divorce ($575, $363, $20, $100 and $275 or $138). If instead, I wanted to go all the way with a lawyer, is there a set fee for divorce or does each lawyer charge different? I, obviously, want the cheapest route, but don't want any loopholes left open that could come back to haunt me. There is one minor child involved (with me) and joint owned property. He won't contest custody, but I don't want to split the property with him.

There is really no set fee among various attorneys. They are all over the board.

Your best bet is to get a personal consultation. After that most attorneys are willing to pin down costs.
