    Default Which State?

    I moved from TN to FL to go to work for probress Energy in March of 2008. I still own propert in TN and am registered to vote there and intend to return as soon as work is available. My question is should I file in TN or FL or does it matter where I file?

    It sounds like you need to file in TN.
