    Default disability and child support

My husband receives disability payments from SS and the VA. He also receives cash under the table for misc. work. My question is can I still get child supporticon from him? We already receive a SS family benefit check, but we've been getting that all along even when my husband was living here. If I'm supposed to consider the SS family benefit check as child support now, then that sounds like we've been getting child support even when we were together. That wouldn't make sense to me.
Also, how do I prove the cash under the table?
    Thank you for your help.

The payments directly to the children are deducted from his support obligation. So you are right in saying you have always received child supporticon.

Proving cash under the table: this is a very difficult task. You should start by looking at the bank account. Where do the deposits come from??
