    Default Custody Issues

    My daughter had a baby this last february in Florida. She has been there since last May. Her and the father are not married. Is there a law saying she cannot move out of state with the baby, but without her signifcant other?

    She is free to move until he gets a court order otherwise. But she should only move if she is reasonably sure he won't rush to file something appropriate in court.
