Default Ex wife says she moving to NY w/my son

My ex and I live in Florida all our life. We have a 9 yr old son together. She is very mean and I only get my son if I'm lucky when the divorce papers say. Hardly ever between visitations! Because we will "never agree" when I can see him outside the guidelines. She met someone (rich like all her other boyfriends) a few months ago that lives in New York and now wants to get married and move there. As she says I don't have enough money to fight it (which maybe true). However, the divorce papers say she can't move no more than 65 miles away. My son and I have a great relationship. I am behind in child supporticon but have been current for the past few years and am paying toward the arrearages on each payment. She has no family, friends or job in NY. I have been keeping a journal since 2004 on ~80% of the devious things she has been doing to mine and my sons relationship. My question is will the journal have any impact in court? Is it possible to represent myself in court with the journal and pictures and/or whatever else of our family. The journal is good reading. It shows her 17 different addresses in the last 8 years. My wife and I have been together for the last 5+ years and are very stable.
    Thanks!

Yes, the journal is very valuable. But not in the way you think.

You can give testimony in court about all of the events in your journal. You can use the journal to "refresh" your memory. The only thing you cannot do is hand the journal to the judgeicon.
