    Default different states eadh have one child

    i live in orlando and my wife lives in maryland we have two kids one with me one with her we have no issues and want to get a simple divorce, what do we do

    You would file in the state where the two of you last lived as husband and wife.

    Otherwise, I need a more specific question.
