    Default Wait or file now?

    Is the lawyer fee the same whether you are the one filing for divorce or you are the one being served? I haven't decided if I want to start the proceedings or wait and just answer when I get served paperwork. If there's a big difference in price or any other benefits one way or another, that will help make up my mind.
