Cool Doesn't want to work or pay child support

I am separated from my husband and we have two children (they live with me). He hasn't worked for almost two years and says he doesn't have to pay any child supporticon since he doesn't work, but IF he does, it will be very little. I was told it would be based on minimum wage since he is able to work. Is this true? And if not, what is the most basic rule for this situation. I work and have been supporting my children by myself for over 7 months now.

Unless you hire an attorney and prove your case - the most likely outcome is child supporticon based on minimum wage.
