Unsure of what to do...
I have two children - Girl 12 years & Boy 9 years. I am a believer in children having good relationships with both mom & dad, but I am upset. When they go to Dad's, he smokes in the house, swears calls them names and lets them watch Rated-R movies. He then asks them not to tell me as he knows I would be very upset. My son and daughter keep getting sick (son has asthma) and have missed many days of school because of the smoke. I've asked (& the kids asked) him to stop, but he won't. Also, my son was allowed to watch Saw 4 and is scared to death now. What are my rights in protecting my children's well-being? The children live with me, but I know I can't stop him from seeing them due to the Florida laws. HELP!

This is a very difficult situation. You may want to try a type of professional called a parenting
Coordinator. This is a person that works extensively with both parents to develop a "parenting contract."
The other alternative is court. But I suspect these types of activities will be difficult for the court to regulate.
