Homemaker Dad Discovers Wife's Adultery
Florida residents. Married for 9 years. Two kids - 9 and 5. I worked the first 5 years, while my wife stayed home. The last 4 years, I've been a stay-at-home dad - being the primary childcare parent and homemaker. My wife has been building a business for 8 years, and I've supported her by taking care of the kids and house, while she flew to business conferences all over the country.
A month ago, she asked me to leave after a minor arguement with my 9-year-old. I went to my parents for a few days and came back to discover she's been having an affair for the past 2 months - flying to see the same man in different US cities.
My wife is being open about it now and continues to meet with him and flaunt it on the internet. She continues to purchase flights, hotels, clothing, etc. She has neglected me for months, but now it is apparent that she's neglecting the children from all her jet-setting. I am living at the house (wife too), taking care of ther kids - no job, no money. I put my career on hold, and was planning to go back to work and school in the fall. Now I find myself fighting to survive - wanting what's in the best interest for my kids.
She will attack with saying I have anger issues. Admittedly, I have yelled at my children over the years - saying profanity and terrible things. But she has also yelled at them. The kids tend to gravitate to me, regardless.
What are my chances for child custody? child support
? And alimony
?
Thank you.

That is a really big question - too big for such a short question and answer session.
I would say you have a possible claim for rehabilitative alimony. That is short term alimony designed to restart your career.
You have an advantage in the custody issue because you are a stay at home parent. The fact she is traveling all over the place to see someone will work against her.
Child support will completely depend on the division of parenting
time.
