    Default property rights question

After only 3 1/2 years of marriage, I'm getting a divorce. It shouldn't be that complicated. My husband and I don't have kids, we don't have joint bank accounts or joint anything. I bought the house before we were married and it is in my name only. There have been a few improvements to the home since we were married. My question is: what are his rights to the property or any compensation?

Very little. On the house, it will depend on the value of the improvements and how much the value of the home was enhanced.

Any other assets created during the marriage will be marital.
