    Default Another Alimony Question

At the time of filing for divorce we were married for 13 years. During the duration of the marriage he worked and I cared for the children. He only made around 45-70K for the majority of the marriage. For the last 8 months prior to filing, he began making 90K, and then 3 months after filing he recieved another promotion for 120K. Am I only entitled to the 70K standard of living or the promotions he recieved right before and after separation? He's claiming that the standard of living was at a different pay scale then what he's making now. Is he right?

That is true on the standard of living issue. But his increased income changes his "ability to pay" alimonyicon. Normally that is the main limiting factor. So it should work to your favor.
