Stalling
I have been trying to divorce my wife for over a year now and she keeps coming up with reasons to change court dates or conveniently files the wrong paperwork. My question is how long can she keep doing this and is there anything I can do about it??? I have an attorney but he continues to shrug his shoulders at me. We have set up a deposition on the hopes that it will get her to the table. Any other suggestions??

What other information would you need? Could you please list the poosible things that an attorney might do.

I would need to read the complete case file and look at the court progress docket. This is beyond the scope of this forum.
