    Unhappy concerned dad

I am divorce and have been paying my child supporticon since. I have a 3 1/2 year old son that a doctor has diagnosed as showing signs of autism. He can not speak and is still in diapers. His mother send him to a woman that does not speak english to watch him instead of daycare. I have been begging her to put him in a structured environment as per his doctor and speak therapist. Every week she has a new excuse. The main excuse is that she doesn't have money. I pay $806.00 for my two kids and my other child is 11 years old and does not have child care services. I am very worried my son is just getting worst by the day and he has not develop at all. He will be 4 years old and not be able to speak. What can I do? I feel she is not just making his condition worst.

If you are paying a total of $806 / month for two kids - I do not see how the mother can possibly feed them, put a roof over their heads, cloth them, and then add daycare on top of it.

I am sorry this is not what you want to hear. But daycare alone is going to cost more than 806/month. That would leave nothing to actually support the children.

What does that have to do with what I am asking. I am asking what I can do about her putting him in a daycare. Based on what I make and which is less than what she makes that is what I was told to pay. In the guidelines she put daycare expenses so that is the amount they came up with which I feel is enough. My question has nothing to do with the money it is with my sons well being. As he is 3 1/2 and can't talk.

You could ask the court to require daycare.

If daycare is already in the guidelines and she is not using daycare - your support would go down.
